Financial Reporting:
Luciani Building Group believes strongly in the importance of communicating to the owner all available options. Complete accounting reports are made through state-of-the-art, construction specific, job costing software programs. Daily project progress charts have been developed to precisely determine actual man hour costs associated with each specific project in order to accurately depict total man hour costs per project. Every employee and subcontractor man hours are monitored with an electronic time cards to precisely document actual man hours worked. This program ensures total confidence in billable man hours and subsequent invoicing.
Digital Imaging:
Extensive digital photography is competed during all phases of the project to document particular areas of technical sub-structure, plumbing, HVAC, and complex wiring systems. This digital footprint is critical for future renovation changes, service and repair, and component installation. All files are indexed and filed by room or structure and is quickly retrievable for technical reference. |
