About Peter Luciani Jr.

It was clearly evident early on that Peter would become a building professional of national reputation. As an early teen, Peter designed and built his first structure. Although it was a small fort built on pilings, he tirelessly fretted over the smallest details. Impressed by his natural ability, enthusiasm, and relentless work ethic, he was encouraged to work with a local builder on Cape Cod. Here he quickly gained knowledge and experience in all phases of construction.  He learned all facets of framing and finish trim carpentry of single-family homes, multi-family, and commercial buildings. A natural leader and enthusiastic by nature, by age 20, he was a foreman managing large scale custom home projects and supervising crews of craftsmen.

Peter formed Lucaini Building Group in his mid- twenties and became a pioneer in the design - build concept and a forerunner in the presentation of a one-stop shop for customers desiring to build a unique custom home. His growing business led him to Nantucket where he completed multiple large scale, high end, residential projects for a discriminating client base. His widening reputation led him to the upscale neighborhoods of Colorado and Florida where he acquired further knowledge of unique homebuilding techniques and architectural details. His creative interior design interests and abilities set him apart from other builders. His ability to collaborate with architects and clients to conceptualize unique design approaches is unmatched.

An accomplished carpenter and craftsman by training, he is able to recruit, train, and manage teams of tradesmen unlike his peers. Peter is highly knowledgeable and accomplished in affiliated trades such as stonework and custom tile, site development, and landscape design. The highest expectations are set for delivering quality craftsmanship in all disciplines and phases of home building.

Coming from a family of craftsmen, his brother is a lead architect for the new Yankee Stadium project in NYC, Peter continues the family tradition of successful construction and craftsmanship careers.
